Description

Linocut (1937). Printed from four blocks in Venetian Red; Crimson; a mixture of Permanent Blue and Grey; Chinese Blue. Original size: 25.0 x 31.7cm. In this print Andrews makes angular the physicality of the game. The ball itself is almost lost in this wonderfully choreographed mêlée.

Format: Giclée Print, Limited Edition (1/850) on 310gsm thick, 100% cotton rag. Hand-numbered and hand-embossed.
