We welcome visitors to the Press. You can visit by appointment: please telephone 01273-682110; alternatively you can see the complete range by dropping in at any time between 9–5.30pm, Monday to Saturday inclusive, to our related company: The Kemp Town Bookshop and Bookroom Café, 91. St. George’s Road, Brighton, Sussex, BN2 1EE.
We welcome telephone orders: please ring Brighton 01273-682110 Monday to Saturday inclusive, 9.00-5.30pm. (When very busy, reception at this number may re-direct your call to Brighton O1273-682159).
You may also place your order online via PayPal. (You may have a PayPal account, but there is no need for one if you do not: simply select a print(s), click on the Add button, and this will take you to the short PayPal address and credit/debit card form. PayPal then forwards us your email, and we will confirm receipt of your order within a very short time.
You may also send us your order with cheque to: The Bookroom Art Press, 91. St. George’s Road, Brighton, Sussex, BN2 1EE.
We accept all major credit cards, as does PayPal: Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc. and all major debit cards. PayPal instantly verifies, but on receipt of your telephone order to the Press we process the payment manually. The card issuer then performs the required verification check, and once payment has been verified we issue the order. In the event of a card refusal, we will not be liable for non-delivery or delay.
The Bookroom Art Press never sells or transfers to third parties any of the information its customers disclose, whether in the process of their purchase, or after subscribing to the mailing list. See the full Privacy Policy
We will post your unframed print(s) within three working days of receipt of your order. (If the print(s) are temporarily out of stock we will notify you of a dispatch date).
We will post your framed prints within 10 working days of receipt of your order.
(Please note: regrettably we cannot send framed prints to countries outside of the UK)
All shipments for framed or unframed prints (one or multiples thereof) are sent via insured, recorded, signed-for delivery. All postage, whether for framed or unframed prints, is free of charge for retail customers.

We are happy to accept cancellation of your order via telephone prior to dispatch of the print(s). If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the procedure in Returns Policy.
You can return your print(s) for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item(s), however, must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise, and it is the customer’s responsibility to return the print(s). We recommend you return the print(s) via recorded, signed-for delivery. We will not be able to refund any items lost in transit. If the print you have received is faulty, we will refund the cost of return postage. All returns must be sent to the following address: The Bookroom Art Press, 91.
